      Pros

      I love the lighthearted atmosphere. There are often after-hours events, and lots of consideration for employee comfort on the job. There's a lot of room to grow and they value employee initiative and ambition. The benefits are top notch, and I feel that others on my team care for my personal life as well as my performance.

      Cons

      I will say that in my department long hours are fairly frequent, but with the "work hard, play hard" atmosphere, the time goes by fast. Although the scheduling is fairly flexible compared to other agencies, I have to commute so I'd appreciate being able to somewhat organize my own schedule.

      Pros

      I’ve met some of the most talented people ever during my time at ABC Supply. The level of appreciation that they show their employees is immeasurable. The company truly stands behind their values, especially when it comes to family! Being apart of the nations largest roofing distributor certainly takes hustle and grind, but I promise that my teams hard work has never gone unrecognized. Working at ABC in Jacksonville, FL has been life changing. If you want opportunities for growth and to be challenged in a positive way...then this is the company for you. It’s a company you want your family to work for.

      Cons

      Genuinely no cons. It’s a demanding job, in the sense that it’s competitive and requires much dedication...along with creative thinking and other skills! They of course give you all the resources you need to be successful. If you don’t have the skills, I promise this company will help develop you. You just have to CARE for your customers and work hard for your branch.
