Pros
-Relatively laid back environment -Mostly nice coworkers
Cons
-Does not pay anywhere close to an average wage -Severe lack of opportunity to move up or grow -Opinions are welcome at times, but will ultimately be completely ignored -Owner insists on sharing their political opinions at everyone -They'll use the bonus as an excuse to not increase your hourly wage, but the bonus is not guaranteed and at best, only adds two dollars an hour, which is still nowhere close to an average wage. -Micromanagement is a growing issue, even though some coworkers have not done anything in years, which is known by everyone but nothing gets done about it. -Raises only happen once every 18 months, and that is only if you keep bugging them to do it (some have gone years without one). The raise does not typically cover inflation.
