      Pros

      Competitive salary/benefits Great hours Healthy work environment Attractive incentive/bonus opportunities Gives you a lot of room to advance in the company Strong management team that is constantly aiming to improve

      Cons

      The only real con that I can think of is a history of high turn over that has in the past led to territory restructuring for the entire group. This has caused certain territories to remain "low priority" and have frustrated the customers who are there. I don't know that this can truly be considered a "con" though as that is the nature of any sales based job. This has also improved in my time in this position.

      Pros

      Low stress environment. No cost Healthcare benefits. An amazing Defined Benifit Pension. Terrific Company to work for.

      Cons

      Working on a cold dock in the Winter with do doors. Some workers that don’t appreciate the benifits of working under a Teamster contract.

      Pros

      Pay is best in the business. $100,000+ first year as a road driver. Year two I made $107,000… and took two months off for cancer surgery. Year three I made $129,000. I average 2-3 nights per week in a hotel. Usually only 1 night out then back home the next day. Frequently running turns (home at end of the run). Insurance is free and EXCELLENT coverage. I paid $1,000 total out-of-pocket for cancer surgery.

      Cons

      Not much life/work balance. Frustrating spending time on the extra board waiting to get a call to go to work, but with more seniority you get less wait time.
