      Pros

      None to write about good men have fired targets of harassment and abused and nothing done too protect them even though the union if u call it that exist

      Cons

      Favorites and duckies are what you should strive towards if hired at this company thousands of union members are victims of their hiring practices just trying to make there time towards their pension.

      Pros

      Pay is best in the business. $100,000+ first year as a road driver. Year two I made $107,000… and took two months off for cancer surgery. Year three I made $129,000. I average 2-3 nights per week in a hotel. Usually only 1 night out then back home the next day. Frequently running turns (home at end of the run). Insurance is free and EXCELLENT coverage. I paid $1,000 total out-of-pocket for cancer surgery.

      Cons

      Not much life/work balance. Frustrating spending time on the extra board waiting to get a call to go to work, but with more seniority you get less wait time.
