were semi realistic of number of sales calls, sticking to more quality

wouldn't remove very bad, unhealthy attitudes and let old timers bully others around. no team atmosphere whatsoever. VERY conservative. office personnel had NO idea what outside sales meant and told leadership they didn't think employees were working because they weren't in the office. notice the word OUTSIDE in the title OUTSIDE sales. It's a relationship business. trucking is trucking. all companies lose freight, bill incorrectly from time to time and are late. end of story.
