      Pros

      salary is ok, and there is a chance of a bonus. The chance of bonus is slim to none though. I have heard that there have been payouts in the past, but that it is not likely to return any time soon. They go on and on about the training program but it isn't really all that great.

      Cons

      Upper management expects 12+ hours a day of lower management and acts like you didn't earn you salary unless you put in an excessive amount of hours. Dishonesty is abundant so you can't trust anyone. This is a union company - Teamsters so there is no accountability for the hourly labor. There is no training on the union contract which makes it much harder to abide by the rules of the labor union

      Pros

      Low stress environment. No cost Healthcare benefits. An amazing Defined Benifit Pension. Terrific Company to work for.

      Cons

      Working on a cold dock in the Winter with do doors. Some workers that don’t appreciate the benifits of working under a Teamster contract.

      Pros

      Pay is best in the business. $100,000+ first year as a road driver. Year two I made $107,000… and took two months off for cancer surgery. Year three I made $129,000. I average 2-3 nights per week in a hotel. Usually only 1 night out then back home the next day. Frequently running turns (home at end of the run). Insurance is free and EXCELLENT coverage. I paid $1,000 total out-of-pocket for cancer surgery.

      Cons

      Not much life/work balance. Frustrating spending time on the extra board waiting to get a call to go to work, but with more seniority you get less wait time.
