      Pros

      Hours are comfortable and the pay is not bad.

      Cons

      Managers are not managing employees right. A lot of favoritism is going on and that's not right. There are certain people that knows how to work the system to make you think you are not doing the job right. Like billing documents into the system so it will look like you are not doing your job right. There is no formal training book to reference to. Your training is learn as you go. They allow workers that are not managers to say what need to be done in the office. Managers are talked about badly in there face and no employees get reprimand at all for doing it. It's a joke there and I find it appalling.

      Pros

      Low stress environment. No cost Healthcare benefits. An amazing Defined Benifit Pension. Terrific Company to work for.

      Cons

      Working on a cold dock in the Winter with do doors. Some workers that don’t appreciate the benifits of working under a Teamster contract.

      Pros

      Pay is best in the business. $100,000+ first year as a road driver. Year two I made $107,000… and took two months off for cancer surgery. Year three I made $129,000. I average 2-3 nights per week in a hotel. Usually only 1 night out then back home the next day. Frequently running turns (home at end of the run). Insurance is free and EXCELLENT coverage. I paid $1,000 total out-of-pocket for cancer surgery.

      Cons

      Not much life/work balance. Frustrating spending time on the extra board waiting to get a call to go to work, but with more seniority you get less wait time.
