Pros
Got some great insurance great benefits you can take time off of personal day just about anytime you like you get five sick days a year one year a vacation after one year or two weeks after two years three weeks after eight years in soul
Cons
It’s hard working at a place where seniority is everything and you have to go by Union’s rules it’s better in the end but it’s tough just abiding by the rules. Equipment is good could be better but it’s good if you do a good day’s work, the management is good here if you complain a lot, they’re not.
