      Pros

      Pay is ok despite lack of hours. Management does communicate daily. Employees are very helpful. Other than that, see cons.

      Cons

      Promised 40 hours. Didn't get them. Call board is supposed to be updated after each shift. Currently it is Wednesday and hasn't been updated since Saturday. Was not informed of the benefit specifics and being billed for supposed "no-cost benefits".

      Pros

      Low stress environment. No cost Healthcare benefits. An amazing Defined Benifit Pension. Terrific Company to work for.

      Cons

      Working on a cold dock in the Winter with do doors. Some workers that don’t appreciate the benifits of working under a Teamster contract.

      Pros

      Pay is best in the business. $100,000+ first year as a road driver. Year two I made $107,000… and took two months off for cancer surgery. Year three I made $129,000. I average 2-3 nights per week in a hotel. Usually only 1 night out then back home the next day. Frequently running turns (home at end of the run). Insurance is free and EXCELLENT coverage. I paid $1,000 total out-of-pocket for cancer surgery.

      Cons

      Not much life/work balance. Frustrating spending time on the extra board waiting to get a call to go to work, but with more seniority you get less wait time.
