Pros
Individual quotas make the day go by fast, each department talks to each other so problems get resolved quickly. The timeline for training is a full year, it is thorough and all questions are answered patiently even months into training. Lots of fun events (potlucks, raffles) for holidays. transparency with management - they evaluate your performance every month so you know your standing in the company. Lots of opportunity: HR sends out emails any time there's a new position opening and you're encouraged to apply.
Cons
Getting rid of the casual dress code, starting pay is low.
