Pros
Vacation and Sick time is well, as is the pay The drivers are nice people, they were like father figures to me, since I was the youngest in the office, great people to deal with.
Cons
I worked along side a very close-minded individual. Unfortunately, he was my boss. Constantly changing protocols and very hard to handle when things got volatile. Had been given so much work, that my work day was uncompleted. Trained three employees, two who couldn't understand the gist of the office work. Got blamed and yelled at for all of their errors and whatever work they left behind. The third employee understood everything that was told. I understand people have different learning styles but don't hire someone who doesn't know anything about computers. I know my worth. I and the other women didn't deserve to be mistreated by another employee who was our supervisor. Was told would be receiving a raise, I only received one after I was promoted. After that I never received a raise. Raises take a while to kick in, but don't forget to put them in. Was told to help out and not speak to upper management about anything. Was told teamwork mattered, however, no matter how much I helped my team, I never was able to complete my work load because I was told to do their work. Parking lot is also an issue, as there is a homeless encampment right around the corner, so don't leave important items in your car as multiple vehicles have been broken into here. Also the restrooms are also to be weary of. Homeless people sometimes get in there and defecate on the floors or walls unfortunately.
