Pros
Paycheck & Vacation Time. Monday-Friday
Cons
The quality of the product has gone down significantly. Company has focused more on numbers rather than their clients in the past few years. Employees are being threatened with losing their job and it seems that's the new norm. So now you have employees stressed overwhelmed and physically getting sick because of this. Expectations are high and unrealistic. Majority of employees are on the line of getting fired all the time. Managements response to this: You can't do the job someone else will. There's a long line of people wanting to work here. Management is very rude unprofessional, and talk down to the rest. There's favoritism and only you only advance if you're related or are friends with management. Everyone knows it. Medical benefits are high with minimal coverage. There's no bonuses unless you're management. Once or Twice a year you get a $13 lunch and for Christmas you get a gift card for $100 you can only use at certain places and it doesn't even work. You'll get worked to the bone but don't expect any appreciation. Bottomline, you're just a number to them.
