Management which also includes the Director and HR, terrible people skills. Zero communication during Covid. This company used to be a great company until they were purchased by Examworks. Now, they do not care about you or your family. Raises went down, promotions went down. Upper management become cold and disconnected. There is absolutely no recognition. When you hit an impossible goal, there are no accolades, just told that you are now expected to do that every time.
