Pros
I like a few of the coworkers.
Cons
They take advantage; if you do get a decent raise, they just add more work onto your plate. If you are a hard and fast worker, they will not promote you because they would rather take advantage and make you continue to have a workload meant for at least three people. Very unorganized and become codependent/use hard workers ask aillion questions throughout the day making you break your back to get your actual work done. Will not be working here very much longer!
