If you want to be babysat while doing your job then this job is for you. They harass the whole department throughout the day complaining about numbers and even if the department give good numbers they still ask you to try and pull more work out. You literally have to keep a daily excel sheet where you have to report each and every little thing you do such as how many calls/emails made, how many orders sent to the client....pretty much every little thing you do you need to keep track of it. every morning they send an email and put everyone's numbers on blast for the whole department to see. You get rewarded with more work once they see youre hard worker. Even if they know the employees are bombarded with work(which isn't hard at all, its just alot) they check to see that your fax folders are empty. If full then said they would start printing it out and you have to have an explanation for each one you couldnt get to. You will be micromanaged and harassed about numbers through out the day. Too many internal issues/errors that come from other departments that will affect your ability to do your job.
