Pros
It's relatively easy work with no legal experience needed really. They will teach you the lingo. You make calls so it's more like a call center environment. The office has its moments but the TL and my coworkers are helpful. There is new management which means things are changing but I think it's for the better. The work is flexible and easy if you do your job. Pay is ok.
Cons
Sometimes you can sense the stress of the end of the month there's a push but I haven't worked in an office that isn't pushing at the end of the month.
