About the job itself, its a good set up. Everyone except the company's President is great to work with. The market is established, so it isn't nonstop cold calls. More relationship management, which is what I prefer.
Cons
Unfortunately, the current President Joe G. is the most toxic corporate leader I've encountered in my 20+ years of work experience. It's shocking how one person can impact the moral at every level. He is also responsible for dropping starting salary pay by $20k/year and killing a 2.5% commission package. Replacing it with a laughable monthly commission that isn't enough to cover a dinner out with your girlfriend. If you are interviewing and this guy is still in charge-- run the other direction. If you are interviewing and someone better qualified has finally been appointed to the role, then it could be a really good job.
