Pros
The immediate team I worked with was hardworking, caring, knowledgeable, and willing to hold one another accountable. They made my time at ABM worthwile. My initial supervisor taught me so much about my role, work ethic and leadership.
Cons
I left because I was given multiple additional accounts with out proper training or support. Upper managers repeatedly insinuated that my role may be discontinued. This made it difficult to not worry about having a job. The lack of transparency from upper management was difficult to deal with. They make unforeseen changes without letting anyone know and without proper training after making those changes. It really is about who you know. Some people worked together at another company that later was merged with ABM. They lookout for one another without consideration of people who actually deserve promotions (I'm not saying I deserved it, but many others do). The vibe in the office is unorganized and not to mention the out dated technology that is used. There is no communication between departments. There is never 1 payroll period where there aren't errors in employees pay.
