It ok - Building Maintenance/HVAC ABM Software Employee Review

it used to be alot of micro managing. Few of the boss are horrible and dictated what you can or cannot do. I was with a co-worker learning more about hvac but pull away for some minor to do like replacing ceiling tile. I already replace over 100 in 2 hours, the manager could have give me few more min just to learn more about a/c. Pay could be better. Lack of flexiabilty
