Pros

Some management is supportive. Benefits are decent, mostly competitive. Flexibility is generally ok. The people are in general great to work with. Change is slow but can happen. The company invests in community.

Cons

Location (which doesn't lend itself to city salaries), there haven't been raises in years, management isn't transparent. Sometimes it seems like more lip service than anything useful. Culture problems exist.
