The company has a friendly and diverse culture. Lots of opportunities to learn about the business. Benefits are average. Creativity drives the business.

Cons

Much of the event industry still looks at Access TCA as an exhibit house only and does not see the value of the other offerings the company can provide such as meeting management and creative management.
