      Very good company to work for, with good benefits. Management staff is good, and treat people professionally. I would recommend it highly.

      Cons

      The regulatory atmosphere has caused some downsizing and some very tough decisions. After the dust settles should make things more stable.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
