      Pros

      All the benefits. They offer plenty of training if you want to look it up on the computer yourself. Not physical. Access to upper management. Recognition of those that excel.

      Cons

      A lot to learn. Pressure to perform and meet quotas. Always a threat of loosing your job if you don't make the numbers they want. Not enough pay.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
