      I have experience on inbound outbound calls reminders of payments due and collections. Have Windows 10, Financial software System is what is used at Loan Company I work for.

      Cons

      How some pass due customers react when collecting but I empathize with customer and resolve problem if any.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
