      Always 40+ hours to work, benefits are about the same as most companies

      Cons

      To much turn over, they treat their employees horribly and take advantage of the good employees until they are burnt out. Company only cares about sales and profits. Customers are very rude in most cases

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
