Taking Vacation Time - Center Manager ACE Cash Express Employee Review

Whenever you have problems and you can't settle settle it with your DM it seems like the higher up just side with them. I have a DM the takes my vacation time without me requesting it and put it on my paycheck. Now I don't have my vacation time when I need it. Somehow I feel that that is illegal since we have to request vacation with a form that we have to fill out. Also when you go by corporate rules and a check comes back because it was green-lighted the DM argues with you about not quoting policies to her and then your schedule gets changed and you don't get time off when you request it.
