Pros
Flexible. I met quite a few good people. I'd rate the day-to-day work experience at 3 (with 4 being "the best so far" and 5 being "it's going to hard to retire because I love this place so much.")
Cons
Upon joining, I knew that I was accepting a position at a company that I would never do business with or encourage family or friends to do business with. I didn’t believe in paying a percentage of my check to cash my own check, title loans or payday loans. Outside of a mortgage or car loan, I didn't believe in paying interest on anything, and at the time, I was working to repay my car loan in 2.5 years. With that said, I was never caught up the excitement when the company reached or exceeded sales goals because I knew there were many people on the wrong end of this deal. There was no fulfillment in working for a company who's products or services I couldn't endorse. I made it a point not to work against my own values again. I want to able to celebrate the accomplishments too.
