      Pros

      Schedule. I can honestly say there is nothing else good to say about ACE Cash Express.. The CEO has allowed the company to go down the toilet. .

      Cons

      Everything . In the beginning ( First 10 years) Great company. Pay was good, Morale was up there. You enjoyed your job. The CEO personable and cared about his people. The loan Dept gets company sued for 10 million. Seven years later the rest of the company and dedicated employees are suffering. You rarely see him anymore. Benefits cost are thru the roof. Long time seasoned employees that made ACE great up and left.

      Meet great ppl. Leadership is awesome.

      Cons

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
