      Pros

      There is lots of integrity in management and it's a nice place to work with good people. I love my co-workers.

      Cons

      The industry has a somewhat bad reputation, but ACE has a lot of integrity in dealing with the customers they serve. I've seen it first hand in everyone important: a sense of doing the right thing by the people who need the products ACE offers.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
