      Good Salary for DMs. Hard working employees.

      Cons

      Count on a 70+ hour work week for DM. Pay not competitive for shop manager or csr. Not enough staff per store. Super tight budget. No OT. Probably get 32 hrs per week if FT employee.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
