Very Stressful, Policies change every 2 weeks and other Dept wont let you know. You are dealing with angry customer's who cant pay their loans or are getting denied, and sometimes you dont have an answer for them. Ex. Customer gets denied all info you get is "customer does not qualify' you tell that to the customer and they say why? theres no other info given to you...Also you are require to create a ticket while on the call. no time in between calls. Avg 120-140 call a day... They will teach you new things, but beware they will only add up. Im a very patient person but even this place stressed me out. Its not healthy for you to be that stressed.
