Pros
The pay wasn't bad compared to most of the jobs you get without a college education. They also had bonus incentives for selling their products. I made I made out ok because I worked my butt off.
Cons
You work behind a thick glass wall and you are not permitted to leave until your shift is over. They allow people to smoke in there so you go home smelling like a nightclub. I have even had some customers complain the the lobby smells like a nightclub. They worked our schedule out to where we had one day off one week and two the next. 50 + hours a week in a prison cell. You have to lock your register with a key so other employees don't steal the money in your till. There is also an alarm system that includes a garage opener type of box that triggers the alarm. They aren't seperate for all the stores so if someone at another store in the vecinity feels like it they can drive by your store and set your alarm off. This happened to me a lot. Everytime you recieved a false alarm they charged you $50. There is also very high turnover.
