1. Every region is different which makes it hard to communicate on a horizontal level 2. Sometimes seemed as though the company did not take time out to understand all that we as Sales Associates and Center Managers were required to do before increasing work load or "solving" problems. 3. Infrastructure does NOT flow appropriately; the hard work tends to pile up at the bottom while upper level management cannot be contacted majority of the time.
