      Pros

      Good pay, very flexible work hours/life balance, great managers and career growth. Great vision and customer-focused strategy, very customer friendly.

      Cons

      Not so great benefits/insurance, culture getting more and more strict, jobs can change and shift to something you weren't hired for (that might just be unique to my situation though).

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
