      The strategic initiatives have not been well executed in recent years resulting in poor performance. Leadership does not live by the principles published. HR is in shambles.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
