      Work from home option, good learning platform, very nice and helpful people

      Cons

      Too many changes in the organization. Teams change all the time. Payday Loan Industry - not the best industry to work in. A lot of scrutiny from the government.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
