      Compensation is decent. Co-workers are pleasant

      Long hours, 24/7 on call expectations, upper management is a good ol boys club and several members are homophobic. HR is a joke.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
