Raises are ridiculous. It could be even .2 cents depending on your DM. Work load is constantly increasing. Never feel appreciated. They want more and more. They complain why people don't pay off their loans. Blaming us that we arent doing our jobs. Well geeze maybe your targeting the wrong community and wrong working class. Company is all about money and don't really care about the working ants below. Which explains why there is no lunch hour 'to take a break', why office is ALWAYS open, and why it's open late hours. It's a dangerous field so why have it open so late? Oh yea... money.
