      Pros

      Good experience, kind of an eye opener to the real world around you if you've lived a sheltered life, a lot of down time if you work at a slow branch,

      Cons

      Poor training, BAD upper management, no scheduled breaks and if you work at a busy branch you don't get 5 minutes to yourself. A lot of expectations for employees with little compensation. Get thrown under the bus by upper management.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
