      You are in charge of making sure your centers open in the morning and have a bunch of fleaky employees (because good talent normally would no like to job in such a dangerous/hostile environment)

      Cons

      Maybe if you have a good regional it won't be as stressful... not my case

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
