      The job is pretty cool and relaxed even if you work at a busy location. But typically you will work long 10-12 hour days and there is no set lunch break so you have to eat when you can. pretty fun job not too strict and stressful

      long hours. early mornings sometimes. no room for growth

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
