The Inner Circle- if you're not friends with the workers, working there is miserable. They will talk about you and gossip, and there is so much unnecessary drama. There is no sense of professionalism with the employees- especially in certain store locations. Mystery Shoppers- people even in training are subject to mystery customers whom rate their performance which if your score is not at a certain level, you could get fired or all of your monthly incentives(commission) taken away like that. It's SOOO sad to see how many people come in for back to back loans taken out just wasting their money. Sure it's business... But I hate to see it.
