      Pros

      Only thing I can think of is the pay and bonuses (until they restructured bonus pay).

      Cons

      Too much mess!!! If you are always in your seat working, that's a good thing, but my experience is the people that's hardly working are the ones to receive praise!!! WTF?!?!?!

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
