Pros
Gives back to the community. Co-workers generally care about each other. Decent pay.
Cons
Top management violates company policies. HR turns a blind eye to these violations out of fear. Nepotism. Only 3 paid holidays. No work/life balance. Those who don’t work get praised. Upper management is disrespectful to lower level employees, especially if you don’t kiss up to upper management. Company probably will not survive due to regulatory requirements. No growth potential. If you interview, question why they have such a huge turnover rate.
