      Pros

      I loved working with customer and helping them get back in good standing, working with and for the customers is all I love about being employed there, that's about it.

      Cons

      Upper management are very racist, no black person in upper management, and will find anything to fire an employee, when the need to downsize arise. I was afraid to loose my job cause was not sure if that day will b the end, compliances violation were given to employee for no apparent reason, hostile work environment, I saw people being fire unfairly and some started to quite by fear of being unexpectedly.

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
