everything but the pros. management has changed within the last 2 years the company as a whole is declining tremendously, constantly firing at the end of the fiscal year. no room for advancement if you work in collections, yearly raises are next to nothing, bonuses has declined, temps doesn't get a bonus, takes them over 6months to get hired on permanently. ever since ace was sued for 10 million for unfair, abusive, deceptive practices, morale has went down. run for the hills if you are called by ace for a job opportunity
