      some of the people are pretty cool to work with.

      Cons

      Full time at ACE actually means a maximum of 37 hours a week (maybe less) . Poor upper management, low pay for everything they want done, constantly getting yelled at by angry customers because youre not allowed to give them too much information(totally ridiculous).

      Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

      Pros

      Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
