Pros

Very layback place and nice customers , some employees where nice but at the same time very hypocrites

Cons

Bad management, everything is unorganized, you have to multi task all the time and it gets hard when your by yourself it gets packed, it would be better if they had atleast 2 employees to help out, I had a few customers tell me why am I always by myself that is bad customer service, the managers always talk bad about each others back and about their employees but then in person they act like nothing happened, they don't let you choose your days off of course have to tell them 2 to 3 weeks ahead and little pay for so much to be handling.

Cons

Can’t go outside for a break. Stuck inside the office for 10 hours.

Pros

Always able to get hours, only a few people staffed so not a lot of office politics. Great pay and good benefits

Cons

Not much growth opportunity, and advancement would definitely require relocating if the opportunity ever came. Constant change in bonus and incentive requirements making it difficult to reach goals.
