Make sure that if any exceptions to any of there policies/procedures is directed that you get it in writing no matter what, cause if you dont, it will come back to bite you on the day they terminate your employment over it. No rest/meal breaks when you are working 10-12 hour shifts all by yourself, 3 out of 4 days a week. The company claims hardship & lack of staffing to Labor & Industries to get away with it, but they intentially single staff the stores 98% of the time. You are always on call, especially the CM's
