Pros
Decent experience on customer service and you certainly learn how to deal with crappy managers sales experience was a plus but when you sell less than stellar products it gets a little more difficult
Cons
No one in this company takes initiative on all levels higher management and csr level. they pay like hell and work you like a dog. you are locked in a box all day with busy work like a kindergartener constant accusations of stealing are thrown around and management doesn't even take the time to learn your name.
